Billet Cylinder Heads
Mr2600 Racing has developed new billet cylinder heads to suit the Astron 4G54 engine.
CNC machined from 6061 grade forged aluminium billet, they are designed for race applications and feature a number of major improvements.
These include larger ports which have been lifted and straightened for maximum flow and velocity.
They feature titanium valves with berilium valve seats & bronze guides. Coolant flow has been improved, particularly around the exhaust ports.

Paul Testa is “Mr 2600 Racing” with over twenty years’ experience in building race cars and custom fabrication work.
He has developed his Chrysler GC Galant coupe into a consistent 8.0 second drag car, which still runs a four cylinder Mitsubishi 2.6 litre Astron engine.
He has owned a number of other very quick Mitsubishi Sigma’s and Galant’s over the years and as performance parts are limited, he has spent countless hours in researching and developing his own high performance parts for these models.
As a qualified tradesman he has honed his fabrication skills over this period to be able to offer custom made parts for all makes & models of cars and all engine types. All custom fabrication work is completed to the highest quality standards.
Paul offers mechanical services including engine rebuilds & performance upgrades. Custom fabricated parts include inlet plenums, turbo exhaust manifolds and custom sized intercoolers.
A full EFI conversion service is available from single throttle bodies to quad throttle bodies. All work is carried out in house including supplying and fitting the ECU, engine sensors and wiring the engine to give a neat factory look.
